However, it did not get the price that Jordan had hoped for while listing it initially.

According to the public listing records, the property was bought for $9.5 million. However, its initial listed price is enough to make fans’ jaws drop. Listed almost a decade ago, Jordan’s mansion had a starting sell price of $29 million on Zillow. Unfortunately, as the years went by, the mansion sat idle, with no buyers showing interest in buying the lavish property.

Thus, as Jordan’s compass agent, Katherine Malkin confirmed the sale, the mansion had a 67% price cut! Back in September, the mansion got marked as contingent, indicating that a buyer for the property has been found. However, this is not the only luxury property that Jordan had bought for himself. He also has a $16.5 million mansion in Florida and a 2013 built, 28,000 sq foot luxury living space at the same location.
