This act of kindness saw her, as the WNBA assist leader that she is, distributing essential school supplies to students, ensuring they have the resources they need for a successful academic year. In addition to taking photos with the fans, Clark presented the students with school supplies in Nike backpacks, giving away a total of 350.

“Caitlin Clark is not only one of the world’s most talented and well-known athletes but also incredibly generous,” stated Des Moines Public Schools Superintendent Ian Roberts in a news release. “She understands the importance of giving back when you achieve success, and that’s exactly what she did today.” The supplies aided 300 students from Des Moines Public Schools, along with 50 students from nearby parochial schools chosen by caseworkers, according to Phil Roeder, the district’s communications and public affairs director.
