Kansas City Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes has been called a “crybaby” ahead of the Super Bowl.
The reigning MVP found himself in some hot water with the NFL after going after the referees during a loss earlier in the season, with both he and head coach Andy Reid attracting fines.
Mahomes has been called out by four-time Super Bowl champ Bill Romanowski this week. The former linebacker was previewing the upcoming clash between the Chiefs and San Francisco 49ers on ‘95.7 The Game’ when he revealed how he feels about the Chiefs QB.
“It is going to be hard hitting football game but at the end of the day, I believe Mahomes is a crybaby and yes, he’s talented, but he is a big [expletive] crybaby and he drives me crazy,” he said.

Gosh, that came out of nowhere…
Of course, Mahomes has a go at the officials from time to time and the Chiefs have a reputation for being a team of whiners. Still, Romanowski’s comment seems a tad personal.
Maybe it stems from the fact that the former linebacker played for the Denver Broncos and Oakland Raiders when he was in the league. Who knows?
