It includes a 110-inch television, a piano room, several sitting areas built for quests, media rooms, and a library. However, this house has some interesting features such as a full-sized basketball court with the jump man logo in the middle and Michael Jordan’s name on each end.

It has a dining table that is an aerial view map of the streets of Baghdad as well as doors from the original Playboy mansion. It also has a massive wine cellar and an entertainment area/cigar room. This room has a few casino tables which were probably used for gambling. It also has an indoor gym that his Bulls teammates utilized.

Michael Jordan struggles to sell his mansion despite bringing it down to half its value

Michael Jordan believes that his house is an impressive piece of real estate that people should want to buy, considering that it was owned by him. However, the issue with this house is its rich history and the branding of its name done in various parts of it. For example, the main gate has No.23 welded into it. The other issue is the locality as the house is situated in an isolated region that wouldn’t attract posh buyers.

It was initially listed at $29 million back in 2012 when he first decided to put it up for sale. Michael Jordan lived in this mansion for 19 years which means it was purchased during the 90s. In 2023, the NBA legend cut the price to half its value, $14.9 million. But due to the reasons stated above, he hasn’t been able to attract buyers. Jordan even offered to throw in a complete set of his iconic sneakers.

Mike’s net worth is an estimated $1.9 billion but it takes a significant amount of damage every year. Jordan still pays property tax that costs him around $130,000 every year. He has employees that stay around to keep the mansion in spotless condition. Mike has purchased several houses ever since he moved out of his $14.9 million mansion. He has properties in Charlotte, Jupiter as well as North Carolina.
