The Chicago Sky player hinted at following the USA Women’s National Team.

Angel Reese during a Chicago Sky WNBA game.

It’s been a year made up of dreams for Angel Reese. Reese put a bow on an illustrious collegiate career with LSU, following it up with being selected in the first round of the WNBA Draft by the Chicago Sky.

Reese has quickly made her mark in the WNBA, setting a double-double record and making the All-Star Game as a rookie alongside fellow Rookie of the Year contender Caitlin Clark. With the league on a break due to the Olympics, Reese now has time to relax and unwind.

Angel Reese’s bags get lost during trip to France

And she’s doing so by heading to Paris, where the Olympics are being held. Her vacation has gotten off to a tumultuous start, though, as her bags were lost in transit.

Reese and her entourage were given a $100 stipend to buy clothes until the bags are recovered, but she doesn’t think that’s anywhere near enough to get her by in an expensive city like Paris.

Reese grabbed the attention of many fans when she announced she was heading to Paris, with some fans wondering if it meant she would be part of the USA Women’s National Team in some capacity. It doesn’t appear the case, but it’s likely she will be there supporting her WNBA colleagues.
