Tay-Tay proves yet again that she is a class act to everyone she meets, including her boyfriend Travis Kelce’s friends, as wrestler Baron Corbin reveals his own experience meeting the superstar.

Taylor Swift has truly taken over the nation, and her relationship with football hunk Travis Kelce has meant she is now also known in the world of sports. No matter where you go, there is a good chance you will hear her name.

Since Traylor became everyone’s favorite celebrity couple, Travis had made numerous appearances at her iconic Eras Tour, going so far as to even joining her on stage. Now pro-wrestler and friend of the tight end, Baron Corbin, has spoken about what it was really like to meet the queen of music.

Meeting Taylor Swift for the first time is a ‘cool experience’
Pro-wrestler Baron Corbin, real name Thomas Pestock, has opened up on what a “cool experience” it was like the first time he met Taylor Swift at a Kansas City Chiefs game.

Speaking to Denise Selcado at the WWE Summerslam media day, Baron was immediately asked about his first time meeting Tay, and he only had nice things to say.

“Travis is a buddy of mine so I was never going to ask if Taylor was going to be there, I assumed she wouldn’t be going, but when we were there my brother turned to me and said, Taylor Swift has just walked into the room”.

That’s a line which would make thousands of people freak out, but for Baron, he thought it was a “cool thing”.

He continued his praise for the music star, saying, “she’s one of the biggest stars on the planet and when you meet her you realize she is so nice and so down to earth.

“If you lived under a rock and had no idea who Taylor Swift was, you would think she’s just an awesome person. It was such a cool thing.”

‘I never expected that from that level of an icon’

It comes as no surprise to fans that the celebrity is actually just as sweet as she comes across, but it’s always nice to have it confirmed by someone who knows her.

Baron continued, “She was so welcoming. The moment she meets you, she gives you a hug. She’s there to have fun, have a good time and have a drink.

“She can hang with the boys. It is rare to find someone on that level of stardom to be so humble and cool that you would never know. I never expected that from that level of an icon”

Not only does it warm our hearts to know that Taylor makes an effort with all of Travis’ friends, but it’s amazing to see how much they appreciate it, and we’re sure that Travis appreciates it also.
