BRITNEY Spears has deactivated her Instagram after sharing bombshells about Justin Timberlake in her forthcoming memoir.

The singer opened up about her decision to get an abortion while dating the N*Sync frontman and accused the male singer of cheating.

Amid reports that Justin, 42, is concerned about how the more sordid details in the book might affect his planned musical comeback, Britney, 41, has quit Instagram.

The Toxic singer’s account was deactivated on Friday, hours after she shared her fears about the tell-all online.

In her posts, she admitted: “I don’t like the headlines I am reading.

“That’s exactly why I quit the business 4 years ago !!! Most of the book is from 20 years ago … I have moved on and it’s a beautiful clean slate from here !!! I am here to establish it that way for the rest of my entire life !!! Either way, that is the last of it and s**t happens !!!”

Now, visiting her Instagram feed produces a message that reads: “Sorry, this page isn’t available.”

Fans on X, formerly Twitter, shared their thoughts on the news.

One wrote: “My mood when Britney Spears is out of Instagram,” adding a series of emojis including a crying one and a broken heart.

JUSTIN’S CONCERNS

Prior to Britney’s decision to quit the social media platform, an insider opened up to The U.S. Sun about her ex’s reaction to her memoir.

The source said Justin is “on edge” after Britney made several allegations about him in her memoir, set to release on October 24.

According to the insider, Justing has expressed “big concern” that his music comeback won’t be successful after claims he got his ex pregnant, urged her to terminate the pregnancy, and was unfaithful were brought to light.

His reps are said to be working overtime to “keep Justin clean of fall out from this,” but the source says “behind the scenes, there are major worries.”

Per the insider, Justin has spent several months preparing for his “big music comeback,” and he “feels it’s fresh and some of his best work.”

Now he’s experiencing “fear that the entire campaign will be centered on his reaction to the Britney stories and derailed by that narrative.”

The source went on to say: “For months the plan was all positive vibes built around the plan of Justin being back with some huge hip-hop tunes.

“But now it is what will he say about Britney and how will he handle it both in media promotion and even with fans? And no matter what people say publicly, behind closed doors the biggest fear is whether any of this will impact his sales. That is a big f**king worry.”

Justin has reportedly been having secret music rehearsals for several months while planning his return to the stage.

He’s said to be hoping to tour in 2024 and considering a potential slate of shows around the world after that.

According to the insider: “Truthfully, no one is sure how Justin will come out of this at the moment. The dust needs to settle on the headlines and shock of Britney’s words.

“Justin has been really focused on this music comeback with a desire to show just how great he is on the live stage. he has a stellar collection of hits and is excited to show off this new album in front of audiences.”

BRIT’S BIG REVEALS

So far, previews for Britney’s book have been focused heavily on her relationship with Justin.

The pair dated from 1999 to 2002.

In addition to claiming she got an abortion, the Louisiana native alleges in The Woman in Me that her ex cheated.

The reveal came decades after he alleged that she cheated on him.

Britney stated in her writing that her then-boyfriend, 19 at the time, was spotted spending time with another female celebrity.

She did not name the woman in question, however, saying she wanted to spare her the embarrassment because she has a family.

It’s been widely reported, however, that the mystery lady is Nicole Appleton.

A newspaper clipping from that time period shows that Justin and the All Saints singer were seen out together during his relationship with Britney.

They were seen ducking in the back seat of a car as they tried to hide from photographers.

The duo was also seen walking together from Mayfair Club to the St. Martins Lane Hotel.

Britney also confirmed that she was unfaithful to Justin as well.
