BRITNEY Spears has deleted a video of herself sunbathing on a yacht in a thong bikini.

The Toxic singer, 41, called out “bullying” actors in Los Angeles and said she knows what it feels like to feel “tormented” in the lengthy caption.

Britney shared a clip of herself posing in a white printed bikini and aviator sunglasses on a boat on Thursday – which she deleted just hours later.

The pop star held a cold drink in her hand, which she held up to the camera.

The video then cut to the singer lying on her front and showing off her toned butt while sunbathing.

The Gimme More singer talked about being “humiliated” by “bullies” in the caption.

She began: “I did research about bullying and kids being mistreated at school.

“I wear my heart on my sleeve and I’ve had to learn the hard way… but I do know what it’s like to feel tormented… bullied… and completely humiliated.”

Britney then claimed that those bullies often turn into actors and actresses who “put shivers” up her spine.

She wrote: “Most of them live in Los Angeles they are called actors and actresses… and unfortunately I’ve never been that great at acting but you can guarantee I can spot one a mile away!!!

“The person who caused [emotional turmoil] got away with it [and] never even showed a sign of remorse at all!!!

“I will just say it… I have a pretty home in Los Angeles… but the people scare me there and always have!!”

She concluded the post by talking about her boat trip, writing: “PS yesterday with the sailors.”

BRIT’S MEMOIR

Britney’s post comes after she admitted to having a hard time with the reception to her memoir, The Woman in Me.

She shared: “Been so busy lately and there are so many hard things to read in the news about my book !!! Writing the book was so hard!!! Then I woke up this morning and said it’s all relative nothing really matters at this point!!!”

In her memoir, Britney recalled getting pregnant while dating Justin Timberlake, 42, and claimed that while she wanted to have the baby, she felt conflicted.

“It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day,” she wrote, according to People.

“This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated. But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy.”

She added: “If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father.”

Britney shared that the abortion was “one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”

DARK DAYS

In another devastating part of the book, she revealed she contemplated suicide during the darkest days of her conservatorship.

She recalled spending time in a mental health facility and said it almost broke her.

“How had I managed not to kill myself in that place? Almost anyone else in my situation would have,” she wrote.

“Thinking about how close I came to doing just that, I wept.”

Britney was placed under a conservatorship by her dad Jamie in 2008.

The legal hold removed her ability to make decisions about her professional and personal life.

Britney said she was forced to stay in the mental health facility when a doctor diagnosed her as “demented.”

She explained: “My father said if I didn’t go, then I’d have to go to court. He said: ‘Trust me, you will not win.'”
