Caitlin Clark makes guest appearance at NBA game with her boyfriend and Kelsey Mitchell Monday night.
With the WNBA season winding down and the Indiana Fever eliminated in the first round, the offseason is now in full swing for Caitlin Clark and her teammates.
Just as Indiana Pacers star Tyrese Halliburton supported the Fever during their playoff run, Clark, her teammate Kelsey Mitchell, and Clark’s boyfriend, former Iowa basketball star Connor McCaffery, showed up to return the favor.
The trio was spotted sitting courtside at the Pacers’ preseason game Monday night, just ahead of the NBA season kicking off next week.
Their presence was hard to miss, drawing a loud ovation as fans celebrated their accomplishments this season, which included leading the Fever to the postseason for the first time since 2016.
Caitlin Clark and Kelsey Mitchell formed one of the best duos in the WNBA this season as the starting backcourt for the Indiana Fever, leading the team in scoring.
Clark earned Rookie of the Year honors, finished fourth in MVP voting, and capped off her season with Player of the Month and back-to-back Player of the Week awards.
The Fever are building something special, anchored by the talents of Clark, Mitchell, and Aliyah Boston. Their impressive youth and teamwork became evident as the team rebounded from a 1-8 start to finish the season at 20-20. There was a noticeable improvement in the team’s production, chemistry, and overall execution on the court as they played together.
