More specifically as the Dazzler. Following the surge of Swifties expressing their wish to see the pop icon make a cameo as the popular character, the director has now also enthusiastically hopped on the hype train, especially after Christopher Nolan sang praises of the singer.

Shawn Levy Thinks Taylor Swift Will Be a Great Addition to the MCU Family!

The MCU director, Shawn Levy, recently appeared on the podcast The Happy Sad Confused and revealed his excitement about the possibility of Taylor Swift portraying Dazzler on screen. For the past few months, Swifties have eagerly anticipated seeing their favorite singer in the MCU family.

Levy shining a green light could probably mean something, although nothing is confirmed yet. The director, who is a longtime friend of the singer, shared his personal opinion. He stated,

Christopher Nolan is saying it as it is. The director stated that studios would be missing out significantly on the singer’s concert movie, given her direct collaboration with AMC Theatres. At the City University of New York event, he said,
“Taylor Swift is about to show the studios, because her concert film is not being distributed by the studios, it’s being distributed by a theater owner, AMC, and it’s going to make an enormous amount of money,–And this is the thing, this is a format, this is a way of seeing things and sharing stories, or sharing experiences, that’s incredibly valuable. And if they don’t want it, somebody else will. So that’s just the truth of it.”
