Tom Holland is one of the leading actors in today’s generation and like many actors, he also started very early in the industry and made his debut with The Impossible. He is undoubtedly one of the most popular and fan-favorite actors nowadays, especially after his star as Peter Parker in MCU’s Spider-Man trilogy. He has appeared a total of six times in the MCU movies donning the Spidey suit and has gained high praise and respect within the industry for putting on a perfect role.

Well, apart from his Spider-Man movies, which ran for billions at the box office, Tom Holland has also starred in many famous movies alongside many famed celebrities. But not all movies can reach the billion-dollar mark, just like his action-adventure movie Uncharted, though it was highly entertaining it was moderate at the box office. Unlike his high pay in MCU, Holland was paid a bit poorly despite being the lead actor in Uncharted.

Uncharted was an action-adventure type movie, and though it is not a direct adaptation of the game, it was somewhat a vague adaptation, comprising of easter eggs, cameos, and references to the game, which made it far more interesting to watch. The movie was enjoyed by everyone as it was packed with adrenaline-rushed action scenes. But for such a splendid movie, Tom Holland was offered a measly $2 million, despite being the movie’s lead actor and Mark Wahlberg made a whopping $30 million for his part in the movie. This has stirred up quite some ruckus on social media but considering Holland’s high-end Marvel deals and his recently gained success, the matter quickly died down.
