Will Aaron Rodgers playes fewer games than Taylor Swift will attend? Someone at ESPN thinks soWill Aaron Rodgers playes fewer games than Taylor Swift will attend? ESPN anchor Nicole Briscoe thinks so.

Taylor Swift has been a prominent presence at the Kansas City Chiefs ever since she and star tight end Travis Kelce were publicly revealed to be dating early in the 2023 NFL season. Most of the games she attended broke viewership records, proving her worth to the league and its bevy of broadcasters.

As her Eras Tour nears its final break, ESPN host Nicole Briscoe has made a bold prediction about her and New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers. She said Friday on SportsCenter:

“Taylor Swift attended 13 Chiefs games last season. This season, she will attend more games than Aaron Rodgers will play.”

Those comments shocked co-hosts Ryan Clark and Matt Barrie, which she explained:

“You told me to be bold!” The whole concept of this was to say something bold, and the only one who actually went bold was me.”

Taylor Swift, Travis Kelce engagement claim resurfaces; representative responds

Speaking of Travis Kelce, a bold claim has emerged: he and Taylor Swift are moving one step closer to marriage. On Friday, Page Six learned from an insider that they were set to be engaged “soon,” but a representative of her denied it.

This is not the first time this kind of speculation has emerged, though. On Thursday, during country singer Morgan Wallen’s concert at Arrowhead, Page Six claimed to have overheard a top Chiefs executive saying that the two were already engaged. It was unclear whether she had misspoken.

Us Weekly, meanwhile, has been making reports to the contrary, with a source for Swift saying in January in response to reports that Kelce and Swift had been planning to get engaged during the summer:

“Things between them are going amazing, but they haven’t even been together for a year yet and still have so much to learn about each other.”

Four months later, another source said that proposing marriage was not in Kelce’s radar for the foreseeable future:

“Marriage is something he takes very seriously and not something he would ever just jump into without giving it some careful consideration. … A lot of their loved ones would love to see him get down on one knee. Some may even believe that it will happen — but not anytime soon.”

The first game that Swift can realistically attend is the Kickoff Game against the Baltimore Ravens, as the Eras Tour doesn’t resume until November.
