The Miami Dolphins could be without star receiver Tyreek Hill for some of the 2024 NFL season after his lawsuit involving an OnlyFans model took a new twist.
Sophie Hall, 35, claims Hill broke her leg with a brutal tackle during a backyard football lesson.
She is suing the NFL star for allegedly charging at her with such ‘crushing force’ that he fractured her right leg and left her needing reconstructive surgery.
As exclusively revealed by DailyMail.com, Hill claims he didn’t touch the plus-size influencer, with his lawyers insisting the OnlyFans model tripped over a dog after behaving in a ‘careless and negligent manner’.
But now reports have emerged claiming that the influencer is asking for an immediate jury trial in the case.

If her request is granted by the judge, according to Andy Slater, the trial could be held during the 2024 NFL season. Hall’s attorney reportedly claimed it would take up to 10 days.
The Dolphins kick off their season against the Jacksonville Jaguars on September 8, before facing the Buffalo Bills four days later.
Hill, who won Super Bowl LIV with the Kansas City Chiefs, was Miami’s leader in receiving yards in 2023, amassing 1,799 yards – 785 more than Jaylen Waddle.
Off the field, his attorneys claim that Hall’s injuries were ‘pre-existing’ and want a Broward County judge to toss the suit because she fails to make a viable legal case for punitive damages.
‘Plaintiff consented to participating in a sports activity that involved contact and thus there was a good faith basis to believe that the plaintiff was aware of contact would be involved, despite in this case, plaintiff was not touched by [Hill] as she tripped over a dog,’ the filing argues.
Plaintiffs alleged injuries or damages were pre-existing including her pre-existing knee issues.’
Hall claimed in her February complaint that Hill, 30, felt ‘humiliated’ when she managed to ‘hold her own’ and even knock him backwards during their June 2023 scrimmage.
The Dolphins wide receiver retaliated by charging at her ‘violently and with great force, resulting in significant and serious injuries,’ she alleges, claiming damages in excess of $50,000 for negligence, battery and assault.
In the wake of the dust-up, Hall posted her X-rays and clips of herself using crutches and a wheelchair to social media, where she has two million followers.
