The ‘his and her’ sun loungers are already on the terrace for when they want to catch the sunrise or make the most of the last light of the day.

And workers were on hand Thursday tending the grounds and pool area, putting cushions on the loungers and inflatables in the water and starting the process of turning the property into a home in readiness for Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift.

Outdoors there’s a six-car garage, lighted tennis and pickleball court and a miniature golf course, all sprawling over three acres of pristine land.

There’s a Beverly Hill style swimming pool and jacuzzi, room for the Kelce clan to hang out as well as Swift’s glossy posse of celebrity girlfriends.

Inside there are six bedrooms, six baths and a vast chef’s kitchen. Space in the double fridges for his sports drinks and her Diet Cokes and bliss for Swift who is known for her love of baking and homemaking.

There is even space for her beloved Scottish fold cats, Meredith Grey, Benjamin Button and Olivia Benson, to each have a room of their own.

She can fill the spacious home with her favorite fresh flowers – orchids, peonies and hydrangeas – and spend time in Kansas antiquing and curating the blend of old and new décor found in her eight other properties.

No Scandic minimalism here, Kelce can expect to sleep in Ralph Lauren sheets and live in a world filled with color with Swift’s favorite colors being red, burgundy, mustard yellow and purple.

Kelce whose whirlwind romance with Swift was confirmed last month, had reportedly grown concerned about the lack of privacy at his old home.

And while the new property is not a joint purchase it was bought very much with Swift and their blossoming relationship in mind.

With an annual salary of $14million and a $57million four-year contract with the Kansas City Chiefs signed in 2020 it’s a gesture of commitment that Kelce is more than able to make.

That salary is topped up by a string of commercial deals he has signed in recent months including with Pfizer encouraging people to get vaccinated. He also has deals with State Farm, Hy-Vee and Experian.

Swift’s Eros tour is on pause ahead of the South American leg which starts in Argentina November 9, so she has been able to watch her boyfriend play on several occasions and enjoy date-nights with him in New York.

Last weekend the couple jetted out of Kansas City after she joined his family to watch the Kansas City Chief’s defeat Denver Broncos 19-8, and headed to the Big Apple.

They couple made cameo appearances at Saturday Night Live before heading out to dinner at Nobu – Japanese food is, according to Swift, ‘her weakness.’

Speaking on the latest edition of Kelce’s podcast – New Heights – which he co-hosts with his brother Jason, who plays in the NFL for the Philadelphia Eagles, Kelce admitted to being overwhelmed by the experience.

The player, who appears to be taking his romance and the attention it has garnered in stride, confessed that when it came to stepping onto the SNL stage, ‘I don’t even remember what I said. I blacked out.

‘As soon as they cued to me, the entire place erupted which was very overwhelming and I’m not even sure I said anything.

‘I walked off stage and I said, “I didn’t say anything at all.” Everyone was like, “Yeah you killed it.” I watched it over and I still don’t really know if I said what I was supposed to.’

He revealed that he and Swift had gone to the show with the intention of supporting her good friend, singer Ice Spice and confessed that he’s always wanted to meet Pete Davison having been a fan of his during his tenure at SNL.

Kelce also shared that the couple hadn’t known that one of the planned skits was about Swift Mania.

He said, ‘I didn’t know what skits were coming up and I’m pretty sure that it was just ironic they were doing one on Swift Mania, but I thought it was hilarious and when they asked me to be a part of it, I was like “man I’d be honored.”’

Two-time Super Bowl winner Kelce and the Chiefs play the Los Angeles Chargers in the NFL on Sunday afternoon at Kansas City’s Arrowhead Stadium.

It is not yet known whether Swift will be there to cheer him on but if she is you can bet she’ll be keen to start putting her touches on their new pad.
