Greece’s famed party island Mykonos is set to be overrun with a Who’s Who of Byron Bay celebrity as the Hemsworth patriarch throws an outrageous party.

Craig Hemsworth, 68, the father of Hollywood heavyweights Luke, Chris and Liam is going all out, hosting a European day party on the picturesque ‘Island of the Winds’.

Guests travelled from far and wide to attend the exclusive destination-soiree.

The exclusive guest list includes Matt Damon and his wife Luciana Barroso, Chris’ actress wife Elsa Pataky, Australian model Gabriella Brooks – girlfriend of son Liam – radio personality Lauren Phillips and her partner, AVMIN air boss Paul O’Brien.

Daily Mail Australia has been told the star-studded event is due to take place in the coming days at one of the island’s most exclusive beach clubs.

Mykonos has been the party venue of choice for some of the world’s wealthiest and most famous stars  – from Leonardo DiCaprio to Richard Branson, and Alessandra Ambrosio.

Fellow Byron Bay locals tipped to join the festivities include Anthony ‘The Cat’ Catalano and his wife Stefanie, who are holidaying in nearby Ithaca.

The former Domain boss owns Byron’s Bay’s legendary Rae’s on Wategos beach and is a notable figure in the north coast town now synonymous with A-listers.

Australian DJ Kaz James – who has a summer residence on the party Island is another likely guest to Craig Hemsworth’s soiree.

The festivities kicked off on Thursday at a private mansion that saw the group let loose.

While oldest broth Luke and his wife Samantha were nowhere to be seen.

Liam packed on the PDA with his model girlfriend Gabriella Brooks, sharing a passionate kiss as he cosied up to the glamorous blonde as they soaked up the sunshine.

Close family friend – model and actress Michele Merkin, who is friends with the Thor star and his wife Elsa Pataky – was seen playfully cuddling up and joking around with Chris.

It’s no secret the Hemsworth’s clan know how to party.

Chris and wife Elsa, ditched Hollywood three years ago for Byron Bay host an annual New Year Eve party.

The couple spare no expense, each year the event gets bigger and grandeur.

An invitation to their themed bash is the hottest ticket in Byron Bay.

However, before the three Hemsworth brothers made it big on the silver screen they spent their early childhood raise to a cattle farm in the Northern Territory.

Mum Leonie was an English teacher and Craig a counsellor working in child protection services.

The family later relocated to Phillip Island in Victoria where all three brothers found their love of surfing.
