Caitlin Clark Posts 2-Word Message for Taylor Swift

The Indiana Fever star lets Taylor Swift know that she’s not fair-weather fan

Indiana Fever guard Caitlin Clark is arguably one of the most famous people in all of Indiana.

The No. 1 pick brought an unprecedented amount of new Fever fans to the city of Indianapolis, and the WNBA’s Rookie of the Year’s star power continues to grow nationally.

While Clark is used to getting bombarded by screaming fans, the roles were reversed when she went to Taylor Swift’s “Eras Tour” at Lucas Oil Stadium this weekend. Not only did the 22-year-old attend Night 1 with her boyfriend, Connor McCaffery, and teammate, Lexie Hull, but the NCAA’s all-time scorer surprised fans by attending Night 2, as well.

Clark, who attended Saturday night’s show with her mom, Anne Nizzi-Clark, leaned into her fangirl status, exchanging what appears to be more than 20 friendship bracelets during the show.

Clark proudly posted a photo of her wrist adorned with friendship bracelets on her Instagram stories and wrote, “I’m dedicated.”

This isn’t the first time she’s sent Swift a message on social media. After the “Karma” singer went public with her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce last September, Clark posted on X, “Taylor Swift welcome to the good side #chiefskingdom.”

The former Iowa Hawkeye star sat two seats away from Kelce during Swift’s show on Saturday night, which immediately turned heads since Clark is also a huge Chiefs fan.

Last Christmas, she attended the Kansas City’s game at Arrowhead Stadium against the Las Vegas Raiders. While Swift was also in attendance, the two didn’t meet.

Swift, who broke the attendance record at Lucas Oil Stadium two nights in a row, has one more show in Indianapolis on Sunday. The Nov. 3 concert marks the 14-time Grammy winner’s final “Eras Tour” concert in the United States after more than a year-and-a-half on her worldwide tour.

Should Clark attend Swift’s concert for a third consecutive night, perhaps to hear her favorite song, “Enchanted,” one more time in person, fans shouldn’t be surprised.
