Patrick Mahomes has given his take on how the Jake Paul versus Mike Tyson bout might pan out. The Kansas City Chiefs’ superstar quarterback did not choose an outright winner but gave two scenarios.
Given Mike Tyson’s age, he said that if the match goes on for more than two rounds then Jake Paul is more likely to win given his younger years. But as a world champion, the boxing champion is expected to have a meaner punch than the YouTuber and therefore could win if he connect early. Patrick Mahomes said on the Riggle’s Pick podcast,
“This is what my analysis is – if it goes longer than two rounds it’s going to be Jake Paul. But if Tyson hits I mean that’s still a powerful punch.”
Patrick Mahomes will not have opportunity to see Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson in person
The Chiefs return to training camp on Sunday, July 21, 2024. They will be looking to win an unprecedented third Super Bowl in a row with Patrick Mahomes leading the charge.
Originally, the Jake Paul vs Mike Tyson bout was scheduled for July 20. It could have been one of the last outings for the quarterback before he got busy with preparations for the 2024 NFL season.
Now, we will have to wait until the end of the year to find out if Patrick Mahomes’ prophetic pronouncements work as well as they do on the NFL field. But the quarterback will likely not be there to witness it in person as it will be smack-dab in the middle of the regular season.
On November 18, 2024, three days after Jake Paul and Mike Tyson battle it out, Patrick Mahomes will be facing Josh Allen and the Bills. While Kansas City lost their regular season game to Buffalo, they more than made up for it by eliminating them in the playoff en route to winning the Super Bowl. It will be a clash of titans on the NFL field and football fans will be looking to see which quarterback lands the decisive punch by winning the game.
