There are always some stars in the industry that just look like they would be the perfect match to be cast alongside each other in the film, whether it be for a romantic role or just a buddy-type. In the past, that was what people thought when they heard that Angelina Jolie was going to star alongside Johnny Depp in a film.

The film in conversation was their 2010 blockbuster The Tourist, where we saw the two stars share the screen for the first time. And while they had a successful film that they had contributed to, not everything was daisies and roses. Reports were flooding in about how they had their differences on set, but it seemed like the actress would still be ready to shoot another flick with Depp.

Angelina Jolie Might Be Willing To Make Another Film With Johnny Depp

Throughout her career, Angelina Jolie has been known to work with many high-profile stars in the film industry, sometimes on many different occasions. But getting to work with Johnny Depp was a chance she only got when they were cast alongside each other in the 2010 hit film The Tourist. But the shoot wasn’t all smooth sailing, as Jolie had some issues with Depp, particularly during their kissing scenes where she complained about his breath.

Since he is known to be a smoker, the actress always complained about it, and even complained about his hygiene decisions. This was a big point of conflict between the two.

But this doesn’t mean that she wouldn’t want to work with the Pirates of The Caribbean star in the future. In an interview with The Japan Times, the Salt actress talked about how despite what people may think, she doesn’t have any particularly bad memories while shooting for their film with the star, apart from the aforementioned difference in choice.

She also revealed that she in fact had a crush on him after she watched his performance in Edward Scissorhands. She said:

“Of course, I always wanted to work with Johnny Depp.What actress hasn’t? I’ve thought he was the coolest thing for years.I practically grew up with him and had such a crush on him in Edward Scissorhands. We really enjoyed working with each other in the film, and I hope that comes across.”
With these compliments, reciprocated by Depp as well, it seems like they aren’t opposed to working in the future.

Aboard the train, she meets Frank and begins a conversation. Those small talks slowly turn to flirtatious advances, and Frank finds himself intertwined in her life.
