Jennifer Garner Was Always Scared While Filming Daredevil

During a discussion with Glamour about her most memorable onscreen outfits, Jennifer Garner reminisced about how her wardrobe for Daredevil (2003) nearly placed her in a rather awkward predicament.

Garner told Glamour:
“I was just this close to a wardrobe malfunction at all times. There’s not enough tape in the world to make this stuff safe,” she said. “I had to be cut out of and sewn into the pleather pants every time I had to pee, and that was like a 45-minute undertaking so I definitely held it.”

“I had so many chicken cutlet fake b*obs in to make Elektra’s boobs,” she added. “I think there were like three on each side of different sizes, and everything was pushed up and out.”

Due to the intricate nature of her attire, Garner elaborated on her experience, mentioning the extensive fittings required for the Elektra costume. Costume designer James Acheson would meet with her regularly on Saturdays. During these sessions, Garner would don the wig and visit his studio as he meticulously crafted Elektra’s appearance, layer by layer.

In prior remarks, the actress, also pondered the style choices in the film “13 Going on 30” (2004). The movie chronicles the journey of a 13-year-old in the 1980s whose wish to become 30 years old in the present day magically materializes.

Jennifer Garner Doesn’t Want To Work With Ben Affleck

Even though Jennifer Garner, the actress, could have multiple reasons post-divorce for not desiring to collaborate with her ex-husband Ben Affleck, her reservations go back to an earlier time. Garner, known for her staunch commitment to privacy since the early stages of her career, articulated her concerns about keeping her personal life separate from her professional endeavors.

Before Jennifer Garner, the star of “13 Going On 30,” entered a relationship with Affleck, it was the era of JLo and the actor, celebrated as “Bennifer.” After nearly two decades, this iconic duo rekindled their romance and eventually married, citing overwhelming media scrutiny as the reason for their initial separation.

Determined not to relive that experience, Garner and Affleck made a conscious decision to shield their marriage from public view. Interestingly, despite collaborating on several films, the couple deliberately avoided working together again, solely to safeguard their privacy.
