JADA Pinkett Smith has threatened to take legal action against the man who made shocking sex allegations about Will Smith and actor Duane Martin.

The Red Table Talk host called the sex rumors about Smith ridiculous and nonsense before saying the pair is going to take legal action against Brother Bilaal, who made the claims in a viral interview.

“We’re going to take legal action because it’s one thing to have an opinion about somebody versus just making up salacious, malicious stories,” Jada said in an interview with Power 105.1’s The Breakfast Club.

“It’s not true; We’re going to take care of it, and that’s that,” she added.

TMZ also asked Jada about the rumors after they spotted her leaving the iHeartRadio studios in New York City on Wednesday, to which she responded: “We suin’.”

Meanwhile, Smith vehemently denied the rumors that he had a gay relationship with Martin after Bilaal, who claims he was the Fresh Prince of Bel-Air star’s ex-personal assistant, made the shocking allegations during an interview with social media personality Tasha K.

Bilaal alleged that he once walked in on Smith having sex with Martin, who appeared in an episode of Fresh Prince.

He claimed he had opened Martin’s dressing room door and caught the pair.

Smith’s spokesperson called the allegations completely fabricated and unequivocally false.

Sources close to Martine revealed to TMZ that the actor has no plans to address the allegations.

The claims come after Jada revealed last month that she and Smith had been secretly separated for seven years.

Jada told the Today show’s Hoda Kotb that her marriage to Smith had effectively ended in 2016.

“I think by the time we got to 2016, we were just exhausted with trying,” Jada said.

“I think we were both kind of just still stuck in our fantasy of what we thought the other person should be.

The actress, 52, who married Smith in 1997, admitted in a subsequent interview that the pair had been trying to figure out their marriage’s future.

Jada and Smith, who have two children, Jaden, 25, and Willow, 22, told People: “We’re still figuring it out. We’ve been doing some really heavy-duty work together.”

She added: “We’ve just got a deep love for each other and we are going to figure out what that looks like for us.”
