Jason Kelce’s wife, Kylie Kelce, is a bit more loyal to the Eagles than her husband is as she refused to join him in wearing Chiefs gear during Kansas City’s run to the Super Bowl.

Jason was seen sporting Chiefs-themed clothing while supporting his brother during the playoffs and Super Bowl, but his wife wanted no part of it.

She has since explained why she wouldn’t ever do such a thing, suggesting her love for the Eagles runs deeper than the fact that she’s married to one of their players. Speaking in a recent video, Mrs. Kelce claimed she wouldn’t wear any other team’s gear even if Jason went to play for them.

“To be clear, I am like an Eagles fan to the extent of, if Jason ever went and played for another team, I would wear Kelce,” she said. “I would not wear another team’s stuff. I’ve thought about that a number of times. I couldn’t do it.”

She’s gotten lots of praise from Eagles fans, according to Jason, who has had to relent.

“Kylie got some love from the Philadelphia fans for her continued refusal to wear Chiefs gear even though she has personal connections,” he said last week. “She just does not want to do it.”

Travis isn’t making a big deal of his in-law’s refusal to wear something to show her support. Her presence was enough for him.

“I respect it, Ky,” he declared. “I appreciate you even wearing red. You know, you could’ve worn something neutral and just showed your support. You showing up was enough for me.”
