Joe Rogan is arguably the most popular podcast host in the world. Furthermore, fans are always excited about his show, ‘The Joe Rogan Experience’. Furthermore, in the recent episode of the JRE podcast, Dwayne Johnson made his first appearance on the show. The duo discussed a bunch of topics, including wrestling, MMA, and many more.

However, one of their interactions about cars was quite fascinating. During the JRE podcast, Johnson asked Joe Rogan about his first-ever car. Furthermore, Rogan told him that it was a 1973 Chevrolet Chevelle. The exciting part was when the podcast host talked about his bad experience with the car.

“It was a hunk of sh*t. I think I bought it for 350 bucks, but it was worth 300 bucks,” said Rogan. “It died the next day,” said the podcast host. Furthermore, he told The Rock that there was some issue with its engine as it seized up. However, the guy who sold him the car took it back since he was Rogan’s friend.

Similarly, Dwayne Johnson shared his own experience with his first car. The Rock said that a drunk man approached him in a bar to sell his car when he was just 15. Furthermore, Johnson agreed to buy the car, but he had no money. “I asked Bruno, how much money he got and he said I only got 40 and I said give it to me,” explains The Rock.

 

Dwayne promised the seller that he would pay the rest of the amount later and took the car. “It was a 77 Thunderbird…I start driving down the road and I hear a lot of noise some rustling, there was another f*****g drunk on the floor,” said The Rock. Furthermore, he kicked that person out of his new car.

However, things were about to get worse for the former WWE superstar. According to Johnson, when he decided to put gas in the car, he realized that the seller did not give him the gas key. Furthermore, he ditched the car at Burger King since it was useless without the gas key.

Dwayne Johnson claims that he has never heard of Cybertruck

During the podcast, Joe Rogan was discussing his car collection with Dwayne Johnson. Rogan said that he prefers to drive his Tesla since it is very fast and futuristic. However, The Rock looked unaware of the brand as he asked if there was an SUV available.

“Yeah they have an SUV and they have a Cybertruck that is coming out,” said Rogan. The Cybertruck is a futuristic electric pickup truck designed by Elon Musk and his company, Tesla. Tesla will be having a customer delivery event on November 30, 2023, for the Cybertruck.

However, Dwayne looked totally confused after Joe’s explanation and asked if they had a pickup truck. “That’s the Cybertruck,” explained Joe Rogan. Furthermore, the UFC commentator passionately talked about the Cybertruck and compared its design to that of a spaceship.

According to Joe, the truck is very unique and unlike any other car. Furthermore, he claims that watching it in person gives a better experience than the photos. “When you are physically there and get to look at it you’re like OMG this thing is so f*****g cool,” said Joe.
