In a conversation on the SHE MD podcast on May 7, Khloé delved into the situation, which could easily pass as a dramatic subplot in a Kardashian episode. “My son looks just like my brother, and my brother’s one of my favourite people,” Khloé remarked, noting that Tatum also shares her late father’s witty sense of humour. “There’s glimmers of my dad in Tatum. I’m like, this is so freaking weird.”Khloé, alongside Dr. Aliabadi, one of the podcast hosts, acknowledged that Tatum bears a stronger resemblance to Rob than herself. This realisation led Khloé to question his paternity. “Tatum was an IVF baby or surrogate baby, I was like: ‘Rob, have you ever donated sperm anywhere?’ I made Tristan do three DNA tests for Tatum, he was so offended,” she shared.Throughout the paternity process, Khloé’s persistence in requesting DNA tests for her son surprised her doctor, especially since Tristan had already been confirmed as Tatum’s father.
