JUSTIN Timberlake has been the center of a lot of controversy since Britney Spears’ new memoir came out.

Justin, 42, and Britney, 41, famously dated in the early 2000s, and the Oops I Did It Again singer spilled all the tea in her book The Woman in Me, which comes out October 24.

Months before her book hit the shelves, Justin and Britney’s other ex-boyfriend Colin Farrell, 47, lawyered up in preparation for the release.

The duo threatened to sue the pop singer if she didn’t remove intimate details from their lives

A source spoke exclusively to The U.S. Sun and said: “Lawyers demanded to see her book in advance and were adamant that some of the revelations were removed.

“There are still plenty of gobsmacking tales but Justin and Colin were conscious about what could be said about them.

“The legal process meant the publication was held up by four months as discussions went back and forth about what could be included. But that has finally now been settled and her autobiography is all ready to go.”

Justin and Britney dated from 1999 to 2002 after they met on the set of The Mickey Mouse Club in 1992.

It was rumored that she dated Colin in 2003, but he has denied they were a couple.

JUSTIN’S SECRET

In her tell-all book, Britney claimed that Justin got her pregnant and that she had an abortion.

According to TMZ, she became pregnant around late 2000 when both pop singers were 19 years old.

Apparently, she wanted to have Justin’s baby but felt “conflicted,” she wrote.

“It was a surprise, but for me, it wasn’t a tragedy. I loved Justin so much. I always expected us to have a family together one day,” Britney wrote, according to People.

“This would just be much earlier than I’d anticipated. But Justin definitely wasn’t happy about the pregnancy.

“He said we weren’t ready to have a baby in our lives, that we were way too young. I’m sure people will hate me for this, but I agreed not to have the baby. I don’t know if that was the right decision.

“If it had been left up to me alone, I never would have done it. And yet Justin was so sure that he didn’t want to be a father.”

Britney also wrote that the abortion was “one of the most agonizing things I have ever experienced in my life.”

The U.S. Sun has contacted representatives for Britney and Justin for comment.

SECRETS REVEALED

Some of Britney’s fans made a connection between one of the pop star’s music videos and her abortion story.

She released her music video for her hit song Everytime in 2003 and it featured a heartbreaking storyline.

The music video showed one couple welcoming their new child into the world, but it was juxtaposed with Britney going through a traumatic experience.

In the video, Britney was being held up by her love interest while struggling in a bathtub and later being brought into an ambulance.

Several fans made the connection of the video’s storyline to the revelation she made in her new book.

One fan shared a clip from the Everytime video on X, formerly known as Twitter, and said: “The baby in the Everytime music video was the baby Britney felt forced to abort. My heart.”

“Heart-wrenching!!! It all makes sense now!” another fan replied.
