The reality star, 39, was seen working out in the gym in the most recent episode of the show’s second season, during which she was fresh-faced – in stark contrast to her heavily made-up and often retouched photos.

Viewers swarmed social media to comment on how different she appeared, with some commenting on her looking ‘overfilled and inflamed’.

One fan urged Khloe to ‘learn to love herself’ amid ongoing discussions over her changing image, which she has herself frequently discussed.

In the past, Khloe has been forced to defend her image, after her recent dramatic weight gain and she recently confessed to having a nose job and dabbling with fillers in the past – yet remains coy on any recent touch-ups she has undergone.

Viewers flooded Reddit to comment on Khloe’s appearance in the latest episode, in which she was seen hitting the gym with sister Kim.

Last year, Khloe made the heartbreaking admission that her TV career had knocked her confidence and culminated in her turning to cosmetic enhancements.

She said: ‘I’ve been torn apart the minute that I’ve gone on TV. I didn’t look like my sisters, so therefore, it’s not good enough….

‘And then when I started, whatever, changing my look, you get better makeup, you do fillers, you do whatever, I had a nose job, and there’s still people constantly bullying you. It’s like, so which one is it? You didn’t like me then?…

‘You don’t like me… like I… you have to do things for yourself… We’re still growing up in front of the camera, for better or worse, regardless of how old we are…

‘We’re still growing and evolving, and I think it’s unfair to have so much pressure put on people. I think we’re all just trying to do our best we can.’

In 2021, on an episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians Final Curtain Part 2 Khloe then made an explosive confession about surgery.

After Andy Cohen asked The Good American founder to set the record straight on her scrutinised appearance, she finally revealed which procedures she’s undergone.

‘I’ve had one nose job– Dr. Raj Kanodia,’ she said, before continuing to share that she’s had ‘injections,’ but ‘not really Botox,’ after a previous bad reaction.

The conversation started as Andy asked if she felt like sister Kim and Kourtney Kardashian received ‘preferential treatment because of the way they looked,’ to which Khloe said ‘Oh 100 percent.’

‘We did so many photoshoots where they would receive racks of clothes and I was told by so many different stylists — I was given about two or three pieces of clothing, that’s it — “not to worry because I’d be in the background anyways.”‘

‘It was never a question it was a fact and it was very blatant,’ she said as she talked about long standing issues with her body, before the conversation shifted to her face. Khloe did not specify when she had the procedure.
