She styled her long dark hair in loose waves and wore a full face of makeup.
However, critics noticed the model’s seemingly drooping left eye in the snap and expressed their concerns in the thread.
“In all seriousness, what the hell is going on with Kim’s eye? I’m asking those in the medical field,” the original poster wrote, garnering a slew of responses.
“Too many procedures. She’s starting to look like a pug with wayward eyes,” one person commented.
“Too much Botox on one side,” another theorized.
“Honestly she’s probably done some nerve damage,” a third suggested.
“She actually always had asymmetric eyes but I think that all the Botox now exaggerated it to the point where it is so much more visible,” chimed in a fourth.
“My money is on a botched eye lift of some kind. I don’t think it was Botox,” someone else wrote.
“Looks to me like her eye muscles have collapsed,” observed a sixth.
“It looks like one side of her face is just not symmetrical & getting PS & filler just made it worse. Plus she is getting older,” added a seventh.
And others called Kim’s appearance “scary” due to her “wonky” eye in the photo.
FANS’ CONCERNS
This is certainly not the first time the Skims founder has been criticized over her facial features.
After photos surfaced of her at the launch event for Skims’ new collaboration with Swarovski, fans had similar comments about the star’s eye.
Kim, 43, wore a stunning crystallized outfit to the event and her hair in an updo, but fans were more focused on a strange detail in her facial expression.
“Willy WonKIM Back At It Again,” someone captioned a photo of her from the bash posted to an online forum.
“When you’re clipping your fingernails and one flies into your eye,” a second joked about the Hulu star’s eye being nearly closed.
“Oooosh looks like someone’s injector got a bit slap-happy with the Botox,” a third remarked.
HIDING SOMETHING?
Kim wore the same hairdo with strands falling in front of her face the night before while attending the CFDA Awards in New York City.
Fans thought Kim’s hairstyle was an attempt to cover up her apparently droopy eye.
“Is there something wrong with her eye? Looks like they were trying to cover it with her hair in her face. I have seen a lot of recent pictures and her eye seems off,” someone questioned in another thread.
“Definitely eyelid ptosis from migrating Botox. It’s temporary but yeah that’s what it looks like!!” another wrote.
“It looks seriously droopy. Brutal!” said a third, while a final added: “It’s wonky alright.”
