KIM Kardashian had critics calling her out for her appearance in a recent TikTok video.

Fans noticed what they called several inconsistencies, as they came after the Kardashians star.

In the TikTok clip, Kim, daughter North, and a family friend put on a choreographed routine for the camera inside Kim’s $60 million Los Angeles, California mansion.

But viewers gathered in an online chatroom to break down the video.

Or, as the room’s creator put it: “There is a lot to unpack here.”

Among the observations was one person who asked: “Why is an entire chunk of her ear & face/jaw missing? How did her butt deflate? Is that her real hair? What’s with the bumpy foot? Where is that square jaw? So many questions.”

Another person took issue with Kim’s outfit: “How many spandex y’all think she’s wearing here?”

While a third agreed: “I was just thinking something similar. I was thinking she must be wearing some industrial strength compression garments there.”

And one person had trouble believing that was Kim at all: “This pic is so strange because I keep initially seeing ORLANDO BLOOM & not a Kardashian.”

In the original video post, Kim struggled to keep up with her daughter North’s impressive dance moves.

The Hulu personality was shown up by the 10-year-old, who took center stage in their TikTok performance.

It appeared to be filmed in Kim’s luxurious bathroom, with The Kardashians star standing on a platform while the younger girls danced below her.

Kim, 42, attempted to dance in unison with the others but kept falling a couple of beats behind.

But all eyes were on North anyway as she showed off her dancing chops to the TikTok original sound, TheNight.

The clip was shared on the mother-daughter duo’s joint TikTok account and simply captioned: “Best.”

It’s not the first time Kim has confused fans with her appearance.

The reality star was spotted with what looked like an injury during episode three of the latest season of The Kardashians.

In the Hulu show, Kim sat down for a confessional in front of the cameras.

The reality television star had her hair scraped back into a slick bun, pulling attention toward her crystal cross choker.

She wore a skintight black tank, showing off her toned arms and décolletage.

However, viewers of the show noticed what looked like a bruise on her left shoulder.

Taking to Reddit, a fan posted photos of the scene – which now seems to have been retouched – and asked: “What is it?”

In response, another person joked: “It’s a giant hickey from where Tristan is holding on to this family like a pleco,” referring to Kim’s sister Khloe’s on/off boyfriend, Tristan Thompson.

However, most responses suggested that surgery could be behind the blemish.

Some fans jokingly linked the bruise to Kim’s broken shoulder, which she claimed to have suffered earlier this year.

One Kardashian critic said: “Wouldn’t surprise me is this interview was recorded when she ‘broke her shoulder” – which was much, much later than the events on the episode.

In August, Kim shared multiple Instagram Stories explaining she had broken her shoulder and torn her tendon after she was seen heading into a plastic surgeon’s office.

However, some fans believed that the shoulder incident may have been an excuse, that in reality star underwent plastic surgery.

Taking to Reddit, one user shared some paparazzi pics of Kim from the summer, and others quickly sounded off in the comments.

“Why are Kim’s boobs boobing so boobilly,” one user asked, while another replied: “Bc she ‘broke her shoulder’ around the same time she was spotted at the surgeon’s office.”

A second wrote: “New boobs, who dis. I mean shoulder.”

“It looks like she upsized the implants,” a third said.
