Kim Kardashian showed how to cut a cucumber while portraying sassy publicist Siobhan Corbyn on Wednesday’s episode of American Horror Story: Delicate.

The 42-year-old reality star in a kitchen scene with with Emma Roberts, 32, chopped up cucumbers effortlessly in stark contrast to her half-sister Kendall Jenner, 27, who infamously struggled with the task in a May 2022 episode of The Kardashians.

The season 12 episode titled When The Bough Breaks showed Emma’s actress character Anna Victoria Alcott reeling after suffering a miscarriage.

Her husband Dexter Harding, played by Matt Czuchry, summoned her publicist and best friend Siobhan to their Hamptons hideaway to help out his wife.

Anna checked her phone as a Rock-a-bye Baby ringtone played and saw that it was a call from Siobhan.

‘Hi, pretty,’ Siobhan then said as she suddenly appeared in Anna’s room.

Anna gasped and asked Siobhan what she was doing there.

‘Dex called me. He told me to come over,’ Siobhan explained.

‘That was just a minute ago,’ Anna said.

‘Sweetie, that was this morning. I was in the car an hour later,’ Siobhan assured her.

‘You just called me,’ insisted Anna, who was surprised to see the clock on her phone was three hours ahead.

‘I called you from the car. That was three hours ago,’ Siobhan informed her.

‘Something’s happening to me,’ Anna said.

‘You need real food,’ Siobhan told her.

Siobhan was then shown in the kitchen easily slicing up a cucumber for Anna.

‘This is orgasmic,’ Anna said as she tasted it.

‘It’s the Green Goddess dressing that went viral on TikTok,’ Siobhan said.

Siobhan told Anna that she had the ‘hunted look’ that she also had after suffering her own miscarriage.

‘You felt crazy, too?,’ Anna asked.

‘I’m honestly shocked I didn’t get 5150’d. I mean, I was this close from running down Fifth Avenue screaming, “Fuck the patriarchy”,’ Siobhan said referencing an involuntary psychiatric hold.

‘I mean, think about it. Your body’s flooded with chemicals just to get you pregnant, and then flooded with more chemicals once you are pregnant. And then suddenly you aren’t anymore, so the chemicals just drop off on top of all of the grief. It’s exactly what happens after postpartum. Except you don’t even get the f***ing baby out of it,’ Siobhan added.

‘Yeah. Nobody told me it would be like this,’ Anna said.

Anna then asked Siobhan if she retained her ‘pooch’ after her miscarriage.

‘It feels almost sadistic, but it goes away,’ Siobhan assured her.

‘How’d you get through it?,’ Anna asked.

‘The only thing I did right was sweat my rage out,’ Siobhan said.

Siobhan then encouraged Anna to go on a walk with her after she ate the salad.

‘All right, chew fast, b****,’ Siobhan said.

‘Okay, we’re done,’ Siobhan said.

‘With what?,’ Anna asked.

‘The pity party. Dex is not having an affair. That fake nurse didn’t give you a miscarriage, and there’s no secret plot to sabotage your chances of getting pregnant. You’re just famous now, and sometimes it blows. You have one more week of moping. And then we’re getting you back into the chair,’ Siobhan said.

‘Okay, what chair?,’ Anna asked.

‘The beauty chair. I just booked you the cover of Vogue,’ Siobhan revealed.

‘Vogue? Siobhan, I’m nobody,’ Anna said.

‘If you were a nobody, would bitches be sneaking into your house and your hospital room? You’ve earned this. And even if you haven’t, I have,’ Siobhan said.

‘Do you really think I’m ready?,’ Anna asked.

‘Nobody’s ready for anything – motherhood, stardom, miscarriages – we’re all just learning on the job. I’m going to need you to pull yourself out of your misery and into your ambition,’ Siobhan said.

Siobhan then got a call from Vogue editor-in-chief Anna Wintour and told Anna that she had to take the call and then take off.

AHS: Delicate also stars Cara Delevingne, 31, as Ivy as well as anthology series regulars Billie Lourd, Denis O’Hare, and Leslie Grossman.

The series based on Danielle Valentine’s book Delicate Condition premiered on September 20 and will be presented in two parts.

The first season of American Horror Story titled Murder House premiered in October 2011.
