The now viral video featured Kim, 41, on the TV screen talking to Khloe about the painful subject.

Kim says: ‘I promise you, you will have everything that you want, out of this life because no one deserves it like you do.’

As the star talks, a tear can be see forming at the bottom center of her eye, pooling underneath the middle of her lower eyelid.

She tries to carefully wipe her tears away but leaves that tear, which rolls down.

The Tik Tok user claimed in the viral video that that particular tear was CGI, due to the fact that she did not wipe it away as she did the rest of her tears.

They captioned the video: ‘Y’all please tell me you see this cgi tear on kardashians.’

Fans were divided in the comments, with some agreeing with them but others pointing out that you can see the tear forming.

‘No I think it’s real, when she blinks it drops a little,’ one person said.

Others wrote that it was odd that she was ‘patting everywhere but the tear’ and another said, ‘does she not feel that tear?’ since she left that tear alone.

One thought the whole episode seemed ‘off’ but didn’t elaborate more on why.

Another defended her: ‘You can see it welling up in her eye before it drops… this is such a reach omg.’

Someone else said simply ‘it’s real.’

The now viral video has garnered over 2.2 million views, with over 173,000 likes.

During the episode, Khloe welcomed her second child – a son – via a surrogate – with love rat Tristan Thompson not in the delivery room.

In the episode, Khloe said a ‘dark cloud was looming over’ after it emerged he had cheated on her again, fathering another child with a Houston based trainer named Maralee Nichols.

Kim joined Khloe, 38, in the delivery room for the birth of her second child; Khloe shares her son and daughter True, four, with Tristan, 31.
