Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian’s side-by-side Hidden Hills homes are ‘finally complete’ after years of construction

CONSTRUCTION on Kris Jenner and Khloe Kardashian’s side-by-side homes in Hidden Hills, California, has finally wrapped up.

The Good American founder moved into her expansive home in November 2021 without baby daddy Tristan Thompson following his most recent cheating scandal.

Photos show that construction on the massive pair of homes is complete after several years.

Additionally, the snaps suggest that landscaping on the properties is just about complete.

Kris, 66, bought her lot in December 2020 for $20million and Khloe, 39, purchased hers at the same time for $17million.

The mom of two has the larger of the two properties.

While the mother-daughter duo live in closest proximity to one another, the rest of the family is not far away.

Kim Kardashian, 42, lives only a few blocks away.

Kylie Jenner, 26, is also in the process of building a large mansion of her own in the same area.

MOVING HOUSE

Fans have gotten a few glimpses at the homes on social media as well as in photos.

In April, new pics emerged that showed construction on the compound, revealing the latest additions at the time.

The snaps showed yellow scaffolding surrounding the front of one of the houses.

Plastic sheets concealed the work that was being done.

No boundary fence was ever built between the two homes.

In fact, according to the pictures, there are paths built that lead to and from the two houses.

Kris’ home is believed to have been finished first.

It features a large pool and beautifully manicured grounds.

There is a front porch on the house that boasts a neat lawn edged with several intricate plants and shrubs to create privacy and maintain the overall beauty.

Kris also has a large outdoor kitchen with a stylish terrace above it.

Inside the home, she has eight bedrooms, nine bathrooms, an eight-car garage, and a pool and spa.

Kris’ home boasts 16,000 square feet while Khloe’s is 10,000.

Khloe had her home built from scratch on the pricy plot of land.

‘HOUSE-ZILLAS’

In September 2021, prior to Khloe moving into the home, it was reported that the duo was difficult during construction.

At the time, they had been facing delays due to a dispute with a contractor.

An insider claimed that they were making “constant changes” to the homes during the building process.

The source told The U.S. Sun exclusively that the pair was “almost done” building their dream homes.

They claimed at the time: “Although Khloe and Kris’ homes are almost done, they are both acting like ‘house-zillas.’

“They want temperature-adjusted rooms and a panic room in case of security issues.”

A panic room is a fortified space installed in a home to provide a hiding place for those inside the house in case of a break-in, home invasion, tornado, terror attack, or other safety threat.

The insider continued: “They will have security teams on the property 24/7 to oversee both houses.

“One would think after dropping that much money on a beautiful house that is meant for a family of ten, Khloe would be satisfied with the results, but she keeps asking for changes.”
