In a game between the Los Angeles Lakers and Detroit Pistons back on November 29, Isaiah Stewart hit LeBron James with his elbow. In a leaked audio posted by LegendZ on X, we could hear James’ reaction towards the incident.
The Lakers superstar couldn’t help but express his frustration. Thus the following comments slipped out, “What the f–k are we doing?”
Moreover, James even looked at the referee and added, “He got issues, that’s all imma say.”
This wasn’t the only incident that the two were involved in during the game. Stewart crashed into James by the third quarter, resulting in the latter falling on the floor. However, the referees concluded that it was a flop on James. This leads to a technical foul against him.
Lastly, Stewart also aggressively shoved James in the second quarter.
These series of events add to the list of conflicts James and Stewart had over the past years.
The History Between Stewart And James
James elbowed Stewart back in November 2021. The argument between the two was so severe that they were both ejected from the game, and they both received a suspension from the NBA.
The elbow incident was apparently “accidental,” according to James himself. However, he still received a one-game ban, while Stewart had a two-game suspension.
