Caitlin Clark’s Rookie Of The Year Odds Will Enrage Her Critics

Caitlin Clark has a huge edge when it comes to the WNBA Rookie of the Year gambling odds.

Clark has taken the WNBA by storm since being drafted first overall by the Indiana Fever. Not only is she the face of the league, but she’s putting up very impressive numbers.

As of publication, she’s averaging 16.1 points per game, 7.4 assists per game and 6.0 rebounds per game. She also put up a triple-double over the weekend as she hung 19 points, 12 rebounds and 13 assists on the New York Liberty in a big upset win.

Yet, there are people making a serious case that Angel Reese should win RoY. The odds say different.

Caitlin Clark dominates WNBA Rookie of the Year odds.

As of publication, Clark is the runaway favorite at -390 on FanDuel to win the Rookie of the Year award in the WNBA.

Angel Reese is second at +250, and absolutely nobody else is close.

Vegas often knows best, and the odds are telling fans one very simple thing:

This is Caitlin Clark’s award to lose.

Some might try to argue Clark doesn’t deserve the award because the Fever aren’t very good and are under-.500. That’s a dumb argument to make that isn’t backed up by logic. The Fever were terrible last season, and Clark has already made the team significantly better.

The Chicago Sky and Angel Reese are also under .500 with a record of 8-12. The logic cuts both ways. If Clark can’t win it because the team isn’t good, then neither can Reese. Of course, we all know Clark’s haters and critics don’t care about facts. They will find any excuse to tear her down and criticize her. They just can’t let her thrive.

In reality, Clark hasn’t just elevated the Fever, but she’s elevated the entire league while putting up monster numbers.

There’s no doubt in my mind the former Iowa star deserves the award and will absolutely win it if she continues to play at a high level.
