But the young Jordan seems hopeful he can change the Chicago Bulls icon’s mind.

“I was the best man at his wedding and the best man at my brother’s wedding,” Marcus, 32, said on the Pablo Torre Finds Out podcast with Larsa, 49, sitting beside him.

“So obviously, we’ll keep the tradition going, is my thoughts on it.”

Marcus pointed out the couple has yet to hammer out the details of the ceremony.

“It’s in the works – this is my go-to saying right now,” he said.

“I don’t think we have, like, a date. We’re still talking about locations and party size and all of that stuff.

“So it’s not really concrete yet, but it’ll happen.”

Among the decisions Marcus and Larsa have to make is whether or not they will film the wedding.

Jordan Jr. said the producers of The Real Housewives of Miami – where Bulls legend Scottie Pippen’s ex-wife stars – have shown plenty of interest in the forthcoming nuptials.

“We’re very private people, the Jordans, so if it was up to me, I think we’d do maybe multiple weddings,” Marcus said.

“One private for our family and friends and maybe there’s one that’s a little bit more public, but I guess time will tell.”

Marcus brushed off his father’s apparent disapproval of his romance with MJ’s former Bulls teammate earlier this year.

In an episode of the couple’s Separation Anxiety podcast, Jordan Jr. suggested that the six-time NBA champion might have had a little too much tequila when he made the remark.

He added that it is “part of our DNA is to talk s**t” so Michael could have simply been joking.
