Jewel, known for commanding massive stadiums, took a surprising detour from the spotlight for the cozy glow of a dive bar in a hilarious undercover karaoke stunt. With the help of Funny or Die, she transformed into an ordinary businesswoman, complete with a low-key disguise.

Her mission? To belt out her own hits and see if the unsuspecting crowd would catch on. The casual setting and Jewel’s undercover performance made for a fun and memorable twist, showing her lighter side while keeping fans guessing.

I wrote that song when I was 18 and here we are years later and the whole bar and karaoke kids are all singing it. Everybody knew all the words – it was really sweet.”
