NeNe Leakes took to Instagram on Wednesday to pay tribute to her late ex-husband Gregg Leakes on what would have been his 68th birthday.

The 55-year-old Real Housewives of Atlanta star — who is being sued for unpaid rent — shared two throwback photos on the platform, along with a heartfelt caption.

Engaging her 4.3 million followers, she wrote, ‘Happy Heavenly Birthday Gregg! Today you would be out eating your favorite foods! French Fries and chicken tenders.’

She added, ‘I love you for that. It was the simple things about you that got me every time! I love you and miss you more than words can say!’

Closing out the caption, she wrote, ‘My Man My Man My Mannnn.’

Nene Leakes talks her ‘new normal’ after the passing of Gregg

NeNe married the real estate investor in 1997 but divorced him in 2011, only to remarry two years later.

She was with Gregg until the end, holding his hand in his final moments when he passed away from cancer.

In the weeks after her husband’s death, NeNe revealed to People that Gregg’s last wishes were for her to ‘move on’ with her life.

‘”I’m not going to leave you. God is going to bless you,”‘ she recalled him saying to her. ‘He said he wanted me to move on with my life.’

She told the outlet that the last five days of Gregg’s life were ‘really beautiful’ as he was surrounded by his children and his closest friends.

‘We all sat with him around the clock. We talked a lot, and we made peace with what was happening,’ she recalled.

Three months after Gregg’s passing, NeNe found love again with new boyfriend Nyonisela Sioh.

She debuted their relationship during her 54th birthday party in December 2021.

In unfortunate news, Leakes is being sued over an alleged $22,900 in unpaid rent for her former clothing store Swagg Boutique in Georgia.

The star is being taken to court by her landlord at Lawrenceville shopping mall Sugarloaf Mills, where the clothing store was based.

According to documents obtained by TMZ, the landlord claims Leakes first signed a lease agreement in 2017 and then extended it for another year in 2021.

The landlord claims Leakes vacated the premises in January 2022 when the lease ended, but failed to pay the balance of $22,900.
