When people think of the Olympics, they typically think of sports winning Gold medals and even star athletes. Not very often are some X-rated actions thought of concerning one of the most significant sporting events in the world.

It turns out that a lot more people than you’d think have sex on their minds during the Olympic games. So much so that the Olympics have skyrocketed in terms of search on Pornhub, according to the representatives of the website.

According to TMZ, a rep for Pornhub reported that the search result for the term “Olympics” are up nearly 5,000 percent since the beginning of the games. While there is no explanation as to why, other than people being horny, the opening ceremony probably helped out.

Since the Olympics began, the opening ceremony has been the topic of much discussion. This is mainly because what was supposed to represent a pagan celebration featuring drag queens was deemed mocking the Last Supper.

Olympics Create Massive Ratings For X-Rated Websites

Because the Olympics have seen so much more media attention than they have in recent years, especially with the controversy surrounding the opening ceremonies, there’s no question that the Olympics are extremely popular this year.

To the dismay of many users, as far as the public knows, no Olympic athletes have been involved in creating any X-rated content. Unfortunately for viewers, there won’t be any videos of Simone Biles or Lebron James on the website.

While no searches of specific athletes were reported, particular terms were given to the public. Terms like “sex Olympics,” “porn Olympics,” and even “nude Olympics” were terms that shot up in searches.

Since the Olympics continue to go on and won’t finish until August 11th, searches could continue to climb as people look to try to get their own look at the Olympic Village.
