The mother-in-law and daughter-in-law took to their social media to share their reaction to the quarterback’s viral game-day moment. The Chiefs’ quarterback’s mom, Randi, shared her reaction to Mahomes’ behind-the-back pass to Kelce, via X (formerly Twitter):

“If it works then.”

Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany attended the Kansas City Current vs. Atlético de Madrid soccer game at CPKC Stadium, Missouri. The couple was accompanied by Chiefs star tight end Travis Kelce. Nevertheless, sharing an adorable selfie with the quarterback on her Instagram story, Brittany wrote:

The NFL couple’s team, the Kansas City Current, was able to beat Atlético 1-0. For the game day, the Mahomes couple styled a white T-shirt with the Current’s red and white cap. Kelce styled a black Nike T-shirt with a red KC Current cap.

The Chiefs have their third preseason game against the Chicago Bears on Friday at Arrowhead Stadium. The team has lost its last two games and would be looking forward to stealing a win from the Bears.
