Despite being arrested earlier in the week, Pat Mahomes Sr. was able to make the visit to Las Vegas to watch his son win a third Super Bowl ring.

Following the Kansas City Chiefs’ 25-22 victory over the San Francisco 49ers, Patrick Mahomes’ father made his way onto the field to celebrate with his son and the rest of the family. At some point during that celebration, they all took a photo together and posted it to social media…

And everyone couldn’t help but notice how uninterested Pat Mahomes Sr. appeared to be.

“Patrick Senior just ready to go tf home,” one fan remarked in the comments section.

“Pops the only one not smiling he should be proud of his boy,” another observer said.

One fan even took a jab at Pat Sr.’s recent legal troubles by stating, “Sr looks thrilled. Must be hammered.”

Mahomes Sr. was arrested one week before Super Bowl 58 when he was booked for driving while intoxicated in Texas.

The father of the Chiefs quarterback is now facing possible jail time after getting booked for his third DWI.

Pat Mahomes Sr., the father of Kansas City Chiefs superstar quarterback Patrick Mahomes, was arrested on Saturday night for driving while intoxicated.

Citing online records, TMZ Sports reports that the elder Mahomes was arrested in Texas (the location wasn’t specified) for being behind the wheel while intoxicated. Making matters worse, the outlet noted that this “the third time or more” where he’s been arrested for being intoxicated behind the wheel.

It’s a totally unnecessary distraction for Mahomes and the Chiefs with Super Bowl 58 against the San Francisco 49ers just seven days away.
