In a recent revelation on the “Behind the Likes” podcast, Kayla Nicole, former girlfriend of Kansas City Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce, spoke candidly about making headlines in November when she decided to “shoot her shot” with Philadelphia Eagles quarterback Jalen Hurts.

Kayla went viral on social media at the time when she reposted a video of Hurts at a Lakers-76ers game, accompanied with the interesting caption: “fly eagles fly.”

“Y’all have eyes too,” she tweeted on X, seemingly in reference to Hurts.

Kayla dated Kelce for five years between 2017-2022.

Of course, Kelce has since moved on to global superstar Taylor Swift (did you know that???)

Getting back to Kayla’s appearance on the podcast … She explained how her words were, in her mind, misinterpreted and that it wasn’t her intention to flirt with someone who is spoken for.

“Everyone has eyes. I got in so much trouble for that, but that is my personality … If you know me, my intentions are pure, and also, I’m a girls’ girl … He has a girlfriend. I have no intention of trying to slide in there,” she said.

Jalen Hurts has been reportedly in a relationship with Bry Burrows since their days at the University of Alabama together.

During the interview, Kayla was asked about her future dating preferences, particularly regarding athletes.

She hinted at a shift in her romantic interests…

“I’ll never say never, but I fully, wholeheartedly believe that I am out of the athlete stage,” she said.

“I would love to just date someone that…I do think that I am attracted to men in positions of power, and I also think that those types of men are attracted to me.”

“I would love to date an executive of a record label or a movie producer so that we can go to the sporting events,” she said.

“Let date night be courtside at the Lakers game, that’s my kind of guy.”

Getting back to more important matters … Kelce and the Chiefs will be playing in their SIXTH straight AFC Championship Game on Sunday.

They’ll head to Baltimore to take on the #1 seeded Ravens.

What’s your prediction for the game?

Is this the Ravens year? … Or will Kelce and company get back to yet ANOTHER Super Bowl???
