Collecting them all” and “Post Malone’s range is just insane and I’m glad we are all alive to witness it.”
Post dropped “Pour Me a Drink” on June 21, 2024, as the second single from his sixth studio album F-1 Trillion. The album is driven by acoustic guitar and is packed full of country tunes. He had already shown how broad his range was with his synthpop album Austin in 2023, but F-1 Trillion is an even bigger stylistic departure, particularly in the vocal department. It might not come as a surprise to The readers that Post has turned to country music. After all, he’s made clear his intentions to do so over the years. In an interview with Vice Canada in 2017, he explained that his connection with country went way back, saying, “My love of country music came from my mom. Whenever I was a little kid my mom would always play country in the car.”
