If you’ve been a longtime Swiftie, then you probably know that Taylor Swift’s relationship with Travis Kelce is so different from her other romances for one big reason: the public PDA.
Before Kelce, Swift rarely would hold hands with her partners in public, much less make out with them in stadiums. Kelce and Swift have captured fans’ hearts by letting them in on all the sweet moments, smooches, and silly TikToks.
However, some fans are worried about the sudden 180 with the PDA, and that’s where some dating experts come in.
New York-based dating coach Megan Weks told the outlet that Swift and Kelce’s PDA makes it “clear” how “comfortable” they are.
“Taylor is definitely not overcompensating by being public with Travis. What she’s doing is being herself, something which felt stunted in previous relationships,” Weks said.
“She’s never felt so supported and liberated to be exactly who she is within a relationship, and it shows.”
