Chris Hemsworth left fans astounded with his 60-year-old mother’s age-defying good looks when he shared a tribute to Leonie on Instagram in May.

And now the hunky Thor actor’s stunning wife Elsa Pataky has revealed exactly how the mother-of-three appears to have not aged a day since her 30s.

Elsa told body+soul that Leonie’s secret all comes down to her ‘strict’ intermittent fasting diet.

‘The first person we knew who started [intermittent fasting] really strict was Chris’ mum, actually,’ she told the publication in May.

‘She just looks amazing! She’s 60…and every year looks even better,’ she added.

Elsa then revealed Leonie started off fasting one day a week and gradually built up.

‘She started with one day of fasting, once a week, and then she started with the 15-16 hours of fasting,’ she explained.

Chris stunned his Instagram followers when he revealed exactly where he and brothers, Luke and Liam, got their good looks from in May when he shared an image of Leonie for Mother’s Day.

‘Happy mother’s days to all the incredible mums out there we salute you!! Xoxo ,’ the Avengers star, 37, captioned the post.

Chris’ Instagram followers were left stunned by Leonie’s age-defying complexion and many said she ‘looks more like his sister’.

‘Your mum and your wife look the same age and that is NOT a dig at your babe wife,’ one person commented.
