One particular chapter in Kelce’s love life unfolded in 2017 when accusations of infidelity emerged, leveling a serious claim against the Chiefs star. The accuser? His ex-girlfriend and “Catching Kelce” winner, Maya Benberry. Travis Kelce was at the center of a dating show titled “Catching Kelce” in 2016, where 50 women from across the United States vied for the opportunity to win his heart. Ultimately, Kentucky’s Maya emerged as the victor, capturing Kelce’s affection.

 

However, as life often unfolds with its complexities, their romance was not destined to last. Shortly after the relationship with Maya began, Travis Kelce found himself accused of cheating. The controversy arose when it became publicly known that he had embarked on a new romantic journey with fashion influencer and journalist Kayla Nicole.

In a series of now-deleted tweets, Maya Benberry took to social media to voice her sentiments. These tweets, captured by The Shade Room, suggested that Kelce and Kayla Nicole had been involved for six months while Maya and Kelce were still in a relationship. The accusations of overlapping relationships stirred the waters in the world of sports and entertainment.

Reports even circulated that one of Kelce and Kayla’s subsequent breakups stemmed from infidelity on the Chiefs star’s part, although this was later denied by Travis Kelce. The couple navigated an on-and-off relationship for five years before ultimately parting ways in May 2022. Speculations swirled around the reasons behind their breakup, with some suggesting financial considerations played a role. However, both parties refuted these claims and have since removed traces of each other from their social media profiles.

Fast forward to 2023, and Travis Kelce’s romantic life once again finds itself in the headlines. Rumors have surfaced of a budding romance between Kelce and none other than music sensation Taylor Swift. Kelce’s admiration for Swift has long been known, and the 33-year-old NFL star even attended one of her concerts in Kansas City, where he harbored hopes of handing her his number.

Speaking on his podcast “New Heights,” which he co-hosts alongside his brother Jason Kelce of the Philadelphia Eagles, Travis Kelce revealed, “I was disappointed that she doesn’t talk before or after her shows because she has to save her voice for the 44 songs that she sings, so I was a little butthurt I didn’t get to hand her one of the bracelets I made for her.”

He added, “If you’re up on Taylor Swift concerts, there are friendship bracelets, and I received a bunch of them being there, but I wanted to give Taylor Swift one with my number on it.” While Kelce initially expressed a touch of disappointment, it appears he has moved past that sentiment.

The latest chapter in Kelce’s dating journey came after receiving advice from his sister-in-law, Kylie, who happens to be married to his brother, Jason Kelce. Jason, a star for the Philadelphia Eagles, found love on the popular dating app Tinder. The word on the street is that Travis Kelce and Taylor Swift have been “quietly hanging out” after crossing paths in New York City a few weeks ago, as reported by The Messenger.
