As per reports, the Jojo Rabbit actress has never faced any gender wage gap during her time at Marvel. A separate Variety article reported that Johansson earned the same pay for The Avengers and Avengers: Age of Ultron as her co-stars Chris Hemsworth and Chris Evans did. In the book, MCU: The Reign of Marvel Studios, the paychecks for the OG actors are also written quite clearly.

As per the book, Chris Evans and Chris Hemsworth were both paid $15 million for Avengers: Infinity War and Avengers: Endgame. Scarlett Johansson was also paid the same amount for both movies while Robert Downey Jr. earned himself a deal of $20 million. Thus, it is quite clear that Scarlett Johansson has not faced a gender wage gap during her time at the Marvel Studios and the MCU.
