Ariana Grande has recently told the story when she stunned a room full of young fans and parents when she gave her ‘honest answer’ regarding who would be her ideal dream dinner date.

Ariana appeared on the Podcrushed podcast, hosted by Penn Badgley and admitted something about her childhood most people wouldn’t know.

The singer said: “I was infatuated with serial killers when I was younger.

She went on to say: “Years ago, before the Dahmer series, I was in a Q&A with young fans. With a parent, someone said, ‘If you could have dinner with anyone living or dead, who would it be?’ And I was like, ‘Oh, honey, you’re so cute. Um, mom and dad, is it okay if I give the real answer?’”

After getting permission she answered the fan saying: “Jeffrey Dahmer’s pretty fascinating. I think I would have loved to have met him, maybe with like a third party or something. But I have questions. And the parents were like, ‘We’ll explain it later, sweetheart’.”

Now, if you haven’t gone down the true-crime rabbit hole, Jeffrey Dahmer confessed to multiple murders and series of serious crimes between 1978 and 1991.

The serial killer had murdered 17 men and boys in Wisconsin and Ohio between this time before he was finally arrested.

They were aged between 14 to 33 when they died and Dahmer preyed on those who were part of the LGBTQ+ community.

So, hardly the most PG answer from Grande on who she wanted to dine with. However, she isn’t the only one fascinated with Dahmer as multiple films, TV shows have been made about the serial killer and his crimes over the years.
