Skip Bayless Suggests “Fake” Taylor Swift Might Not Have Real Feelings For Travis Kelce: “I Don’t Buy It” (VIDEO)

The FS1 sports analyst apparently isn’t buying the romance between the pop star and the Kansas City Chiefs tight end despite their newfound love dominating the news for several weeks and their many public appearances together.
Skip Bayless speaking about Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce
Skip Bayless has suggested that Travis Kelce might be getting played by Taylor Swift.

Speaking on his podcast, ‘The Skip Bayless Show’, this week, the controversial television personality threw doubt on Taylor’s feelings for Travis as he referred to her as “fake” and asserted that she could be using Kelce for added publicity.

While Skip isn’t a believer, he says he hopes the singer is being genuine as he feels like Travis is really into the relationship but he isn’t so sure that Taylor is.

“I sincerely hope her relationship with Travis Kelce is real, for both their sakes, but especially for his,” Bayless said. “I believe from a distance that his feelings for her are very real. But hers for him? I have no idea. How can you know? How can even he be sure? Because she is such a megastar, obviously she is extremely image-conscious. She’s just painfully camera aware.”

The 71-year-old referred to the clip of Swift and Kelce meeting up at her concert in Argentina and pointed out that she must have known she was on camera, adding that her kiss was exaggerated.

“When she’s up in the box she comes off as stagey and fake to me. I just don’t buy it. My radar detector’s saying, ‘nope, nope, nope.’ I saw that clip of her at her Argentina concert,” he added. “Travis on his bye week flew down. She obviously knew she was on camera. You see her running toward Travis, all but jumping in his arms, embracing him, giving a big, exaggerated kiss.”

“It just seemed a little scripted to me. Just a little put-on. Just a little fake. I could be wrong. But is she using this all-time fairy tale romance to plug into NFL-sized publicity and promotion? I hope not, but I do wonder.”
It does appear that the NFL is benefitting from the relationship more than Swift is, but that’s Skip Bayless for you.

If it does turn out that Kelce is actually being taken for a ride here, we doubt he’ll regret the experience, except maybe spending millions on that new pad.
