Snoop Dogg is one of the biggest legends in the rapping world. Since his superhit debut album ‘The Chronic’ in 1993, the superstar has produced many hits throughout his career. He has been able to sell more than 37 million albums worldwide.

He has won many awards for his music. But surprisingly, there is one more thing he boasts about in his resume, and that is not related to his music properly. Snoop Dogg is also a WWE Hall of Famer who was inducted into the celebrity wing of the Hall of Fame in 2016.

Snoop Dogg has won a WWE title, not technically, but he did receive the honorary ‘WWE Golden Title’ from Bianca Belair and Becky Lynch at the launch party for WrestleMania 39. He was thrilled to receive the custom-made title that even had ‘Doggfather’ inscribed on its strap.

But the 52-year-old rapper made headlines again when he posted a photo of himself with the title during a tour show. In the caption, he wrote about it missing from the scene.

He wrote, “This #WWEGoldenTitle is just perfect. I brought it out on The Holidaze of Blaze Tour to show the fans how dope it is but it came up missin!!! I NEED it 911 ASAP before #WrestleMania in Hollywood so if y’all see it, let me know!” It was later revealed by WWE’s official ‘X’ handle that Guillermo from the Jimmy Kimmel Show was the culprit.

But as soon as it was spotted with the TV personality Guillermo, it went missing again and was found with the famous actress and singer Vanessa Hudgens, who flaunted the golden title and added it to her “Thirsty Thursday” outfit. After this, the drama continued, and the Golden Title was seen with various stars before Cody Rhodes found it in The Miz’s bag and gave it back to Snoop at WrestleMania 39.

Recently, before WrestleMania 40, Snoop Dogg entrusted the Golden Title to the Philadelphia Eagles. Jason Kelce and Lane Johnson are now responsible for the safety of the title.

Snoop Dogg’s run in WWE

Snoop Dogg has been an avid member of the WWE Universe. He has made numerous appearances on the Stamford-based promotion and created memories for fans. He officiated the Playboy BunnyMania Lumberjack Match as the ‘Master of Ceremonies’ in 2008 WrestleMania.

Snoop has a special connection to WWE. His cousin, Sasha Banks, has been one of the prominent female superstars in the Triple-H-led promotion. He even did a rap introducing Sasha along with her theme music at WrestleMania 32.

He returned in 2009 as a special guest host on one of the RAW episodes. He even saved Hornswoggle from Chavo Guerrero with his in-ring moves. His most recent appearance on WWE was at Wrestlemania 39, where he had a bout with The Miz. In the match, he delivered a people’s elbow on the superstar, erupting the whole arena.

Snoop Dogg is a widely loved artist, and fans enjoy seeing him in the WWE ring. It is expected that the $160 million-rich superstar will keep making cameos in the Stanford-based promotion and will keep entertaining fans in the future.
