Experts predict that loved-up duo Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce will make a major move in their whirlwind relationship in as early as March

Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce are gearing up for a major move in their relationship – and could have in a matter of days, according to experts.

The Blank Space singer and NFL tight end could make the significant step before the end of next month as their relationship continues to heat up. They’ve been dating since last August and it’s thought now is the time for the couple’s next stage in their romance.

Real-estate experts predict the two will begin co-habiting in March, with the two either moving into Travis’ mansion in Kansas, or at Taylor’s estate in Nashville – after Taylor’s brief two-month Eras Tour break when fans first thought they’d bit the bullet.

Property professional Tes of moveBuddha explained: “We expect to see the duo officially move in together before the end of March, as they can take a break from their intense career schedules and shift their attention to more personal priorities. The relationship is clearly going well, and both parties’ families were pictured together at the Super Bowl, so there’s no reason to believe that things will slow down.

“What better way to celebrate the well-deserved lull between Kelce’s Super Bowl success and Taylor’s upcoming album than to start shopping for furniture together?” However, it’s unlikely the lovebirds will purchase a brand-new property together at this stage, as both already have properties that would make the perfect long-term home.

Tes added: “While we can definitely expect Taylor and Travis to spend some of their impressive combined net worth on a new home in the future, it’s likely that they’ll choose to cohabit in one of their existing properties first.”

If the pair moves into one of Travis’s homes, this will probably be the $6 million 17,000 sq. ft Kansas City mansion he bought last year. Taylor has been spotted at both of the homes Travis owns in Kansas, but the newer purchase is in a gated community that offers the security that the high-profile couple needs.

However, the duo may choose one of Taylor’s eight multi-million properties to share. If so, it’ll probably be her 5,600 sq. ft. Greek Revival Nashville home, Northumberland Estate. Tennessee is closer to Kansas than her other properties in New York and Rhode Island, which would be key for Travis to stay with the Kanas City Chiefs.

“It’s also a benefit for the partners that the properties are close to where both parties feel most comfortable – for Travis, it’s because of his incredible solidarity with the Chiefs, while for Taylor, her Nashville property is in her home town,” Tes added.

“It’s also not likely that either property reminds the duo of their former partners, as Taylor’s Tennessee estate mainly represents her love for her family and birthplace, while Travis’ Kansas mansion is brand new. Investing in a new home together isn’t off the table for this year, but we’d be surprised if this happens any earlier than when Taylor’s UK leg of The Eras Tour ends,” the expert explained.

“Taylor will simply be too busy juggling promo for her new album, awards season, and packed tour schedule to commit to such a key purchase before late August, but Travis will be keen to organize things before the 2024 NFL season kickstarts on September 5.”

After a tough start at the game at Allegiant Stadium, the Chiefs won a third Lombardi Trophy in five years, with Patrick Mahomes finding Mecole Hardman in overtime for the game-sealing touchdown. Kelce will receive his third championship ring later this year, but he’s keeping quiet about any plans to propose to his Grammy-winning girlfriend.

Recently, Kelce and Swift have been more open about their relationship. Kelce has praised the “Cruel Summer” singer’s influence on the NFL since they began dating in September.

Swift shared her first TikTok post featuring Kelce after the Super Bowl, humorously describing the experience of attending the Chiefs’ afterparty with her parents, Scott and Andrea.

In the post, Swift looked embarrassed as Ludacris’s “What’s Your Fantasy?” played, while Chainsmokers performed a DJ set. “Accidentally going clubbing with your parents is something everyone should try at least once in their life,” she wrote in the caption, showing Kelce playfully sticking out his tongue.

This happened just hours after Swift joined Kelce on the field to celebrate. The couple were seen hugging several times and whispering to each other, all captured on camera for millions of viewers worldwide.

While wedding bells might not be ringing just yet, the couple are enjoying plenty of quality time now that the NFL season has wrapped up.

Kelce was seen cheering on his partner during a tour stop in Argentina last November, and he’s expected to continue supporting her as she performs in Hungary, Singapore, France, and Sweden in the coming weeks and months.
