Just hours before Taylor’s mega-bucks figures came to light, the singer suffered a painful mishap in the kitchen.

She shared a picture of a heavily bandaged left thumb on Instagram on Saturday and accompanied it with the caption: ‘band aids don’t fix kitchen knife-related injuries.

In the snap, Taylor’s left thumb is completely wrapped with white gauze. A ring on her left index finger features the letters ‘T S’ in gold.

The number ’13’ is also prominently drawn onto the gauze in black pen.
