Taylor Swift handed her scarf to a chilly Kansas City Chiefs fan to keep warm during their playoff triumph against the Miami Dolphins on Saturday night at Arrowhead Stadium. The popstar returned to Missouri to cheer on boyfriend Travis Kelce and the Chiefs, who won 26-7 and advanced to the playoffs.

Fans courageous enough to attend were exposed to what seemed like -30 degrees at kickoff, thanks to frigid weather and a biting wind whipping around Arrowhead.

Swift watched the game inside one of the stadium’s luxury suites with Kelce’s mother Donna and Brittany Mahomes, but she was keen to assist others watching outside in staying warm.

Beth Vancil, a Chiefs supporter, has said that the pop phenomenon gifted her a scarf halfway through the game. She also stated that Swift referred to her as the Chiefs’ ‘lucky charm’ after she correctly predicted they would score a touchdown on one drive.

Vancil said: ‘Taylor was so down to earth. She’s just a normal Kansas City Chiefs fan enjoying the playoffs. ‘She gave us a high five, and then we were high-fiving the whole game. ‘She (Swift) pulled (her scarf) off and was like, “You need this, you’re our good luck charm”.

Vancil shared several photos and videos from the game, including one with Swift and Mahomes standing in the backdrop. She also met Hollywood actor Paul Rudd, a huge Chiefs fan. Swift donned an eye-catching bespoke red puffer jacket to the game, which included Kelce’s name and the number 87.

It was later revealed that the jackets were created by Kristin Juszczyk, a fellow NFL WAG who is married to San Francisco 49ers star Kyle Juszczyk. Mahomes has her own version to help her husband Patrick.

The popstar was spotted dancing in the suite at the end of the game, even including Kelce’s mother Donna, as the Chiefs moved in on victory.
